Dorian Steinhoff, born 1985 in Bonn, is a German/Austrian author and journalist. He studied Philosophy, Law and German Literature at the University of Trier. With his stage performance “Dorian Steinhoff reads and narrates” he is nonstop on tour. He is holding workshops and is giving seminars on creative writing, poetics and on the implementation of literature in cultural relations in and for universities, schools and other cultural and educational institutions. Steinhoff organizes and presents various readings and literary projects all over Germany. He is the author of the short story collection „Das Licht der Flammen auf unseren Gesichtern“, published by mairisch Verlag. His stories have been translated into five languages. He has been awarded for his writing several times. Dorian Steinhoff lives in Cologne.
