Stefano Piedimonte was born in Naples in 1980 and got his degree from “L’Orientale” University, Naples. He has written for newspapers and weekly magazines and has worked in television, mainly as a crime reporter. Together with Roberto Saviano, Piedimonte has brought a show called “Comicamorra” to the literature festival Pordenonelegge, making fun of the clans’ behaviour. His articles and short stories have appeared in «Corriere della Sera», «Il Fatto Quotidiano», «Satisfiction», «Corriere del Ticino» and «L’Unità». Nel nome dello Zio (In the Name of the Uncle, 2012) and Voglio solo ammazzarti (I Just Want to Kill You, 2013) are both published by Guanda.
